With our own vehicles, plant and equipment, combined with the fact that we maintain our own traffic management system, means we are able to provide a seamless and efficient service.

What We Do….

Highways, Infrastructure, Drainage and Earthworks
NC & JC Construction have undertaken management of highways, earthworks and drainage infrastructure for a variety of small, medium and large residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Specialising in highway works under section 278, 38, 104 and 106 agreements to local authority adoptable standards. We have our own in-house traffic management department for highways works, staff are trained to NRSWA in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Highways Manual.

Environmental Improvement Works
We have extensive experience across a range of projects including environmental and regeneration schemes comprising of both hard and soft landscaping works for urban development’s, involving a mixture of private home owners, social housing tenants and lease holders.

Engaging the local community is an important aspect of project planning and delivery, with this in mind each project is assessed in order to ascertain the most appropriate way to achieve this.

Car Parks, Footpaths and Cycleways
A proven track record in the construction of all manner of car parks, offering a bespoke service to suit our client’s needs. From modest retail development to park and ride schemes, we offer a comprehensive design and construction service to help clients maximise parking bays within their available area.

Footpath and cycle way construction and renewal schemes are undertaken either as stand-alone projects, housing estate infrastructure works or as part of a new urban regeneration program.

We use sustainable materials wherever possible to suit the natural surroundings.

Bridges and Culverts
We undertake both large and small construction or repair projects. Our works include bridge construction, bridge strengthening, parapet replacement, deck replacement and culvert reconstruction for local authorities and private clients.
