Highway improvement works at the Biggleswade Road / A1 Northbound Junction.

The works included removal of road markings and existing road traffic signs, clearance and tidying of central reservation, installation of safety fencing and central reservation Hazzard Bars, ducted network improvements including installation of NAL Joint Boxes, tarmac reinstatement, installation of bollards, new signage and road markings.

Works were undertaken at night under a road diversion in collaboration with the NH supply chain who were delivering the A1 Biggleswade capital works and resurfacing scheme at the same time. Works completed ahead of programme.
