Network improvement and footway widening works at Summerhouse Road, Moulton Park Industrial Estate to upgrade the existing footpath to become a shared use footway. Works undertaken for Kier Transportation under the West Northamptonshire Highways Term Maintenance Contract.

Works included site clearance, removal and disposal of existing footway using Vacuum Excavation, reconstruction of widened shared use footway with 530m of new kerbs & edgings and 1200m of surfacing, associated drainage, topsoiling and seeding of verges, and relocation of post boxes.

The works were carried out in phases with footpath closures, signage and cones to create a safe working area. Vehicular traffic management implemented by others.
