Footpath reconstruction works at a residential estate in Allens Orchard, Chipping Warden to coincide with carriageway resurfacing by others. Works were undertaken for Kier Transportation under the West Northamptonshire Highways Term Maintenance Contract.

Works included site set up, renewal of existing kerbs and edging and reconstruction of footway. Vacuum excavation was used to mitigate the risk of damaging underground services. The works were phased and carried out under a daily road closure to minimise disruption to residents and to allow access to properties at all times.
