RINGWOOD CLOSE RETAINING WALL

Project to replace a failing brick wall in a private resident’s garden, which retained the public highway.

Works included the demolition of an existing damaged brick wall, installation of new retaining wall with FP McCann precast L wall units with brickslip cladding, associated kerbing, resurfacing and fencing installation.

The compact space in the resident’s garden required regular co-operation and correspondence with the homeowner.

The works were competed under a road closure, with traffic and pedestrian management undertaken by NC & JC.

The works were completed for Kier Transportation under the West Northamptonshire Highways Term Maintenance Contract.
