Drainage improvement works to replace a collapsed 225mm dia. piped culvert.

Vac Ex was required due to the proximity of underground services. The works included the installation of a new 1m deep x 21m long French drain and connection of the existing carriageway gullies to a new headwall outlet The carriageway was reinstated to match the existing specification and overbanded.

The works were competed under a 24-hour road closure, with traffic management undertaken by NC & JC.

The works were completed for Kier Infrastructure under the North Northamptonshire Highways Term Maintenance Contract.
